All standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail first class post.

For express (guaranted next day) deliveries we either use Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day Deliveries (please use the link above ) or we use a courier service call Business Post.

Business Post

All Business Post generally start with a 3 and are only numeric tracking numbers. To track your Business Post parcel please click on the following link (please place the 14 digit number in the box By Con. No located at the bottom of the home page)

Please note that when postal strikes occur deliveries may be effect and RBUK reserves the right to use alternative carriers.

Delivery

Any date or period will be considered as indicative only, however we will aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days. Generally orders are dispatched within 24hours of receipt, however this is dependent on stock availability. This can be subject to availability as sometimes we may run out of an item/s due to high demand, however you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

Orders within the UK are sent first class recorded post, so they can be tracked if they go missing. They will also need a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. workplace. If you are not in, a delivery note will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collection.

Please note that we DO deliver to the United States and Canada.

Internet Returns and Exchanges

At Running Bare, first and foremost we want you, the consumer, to have a fantastic shopping experience when visiting our website or stores. Nevertheless, we realise that with purchasing items on-line you may wish to return products that are unsuitable. Please note that we can only accept returns delivered within 14 days of the date on the dispatch note with labels attached. This means that the items are unworn, unmarked and in a resalable condition (i.e. in original form). The returns postage charges are paid for by the customer.

We can either exchange the items for other products or simply issue you with a full refund (excluding the cost of postage).

If you choose to exchange for another size please check the web site for availability by going to the product and clicking on the size you want - if it appears it is available. Please note that there is no additional delivery charge when goods are exchanged.

How to Return/Exchange items

Enclosed within the original delivery note is a return form printed on the reverse. Simply fill it in and send the goods with your to the following address:

If for any reason this form was not enclosed please click on the link below and download a blank returns form. Please remember to write your order number on the form.

We will endeavour to process your return as soon as they arrive back, however your refund may take up to 10 working days from the time we receive your returned goods.

If you choose to bring your item to the Running Bare store, you will receive your refund as if the goods were sent back to our internet returns department. This refund will ONLY be credited back to the credit card that was used to originally purchase the item online. A refund note will be sent via email on completion of the refund.

HOW DO I RETURN FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT?

Our apologies if you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty.

If you have received faulty or the wrong goods, you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back (please see section below). We take the amount from the stamps on the parcel.

In the UK, please send via Royal Mail recorded delivery, DO NOT use Special Delivery or a Courier service. We do not reimburse handling, petrol or packaging costs under any circumstances, we credit the cheapest return shipping method (for example, standard airmail or first class mail, not FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery). Please write on the package FAULTY returns, and we will refund you the price of postage.

Faulty or damaged goods that have to be returned must be received back within 28 days of dispatch.

Customs and Duty

Please note that all shipments to Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
