Returns, Replacements and Exchange Instructions
We recognise that there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us. The following information is provided to help you in case you need to return a product, and sets out the procedure that you need to follow.
Please note that goods must be returned unused within 14 days of receipt.
Returns, Replacements and Exchange by Post
- Visit www.runningbare.co.uk and login to My Account with your email and password. Go to Order History and Manage Returns, select the order that you want to make a return from and provide details of the problem and the reason for returning the item(s). If the return is authorised, you will be issued a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and provided with the returns address and instructions of the appropriate shipping method to use. Returns received without a RAN will not be accepted and no refunds will be offered.
- Complete the form below, listing the products you wish to return and indicating the reason for returning them.
- Indicate whether you wish to have a refund, replacement or exchange – replacements are only available where the original product was faulty or damaged in transit.
- Package the products securely along with the original packaging. Details for the method of shipping will have been provided when you applied for the RAN.
- If you have been authorised to return the item(s) by Royal Mail, do not use Special Delivery as we will not be able to refund you for the cost of postage if you use this service. Ensure that you maintain Proof of Postage from the Post Office when you send the products. Products remain your responsibility until received by us, and you will need Proof of Posting if the package is lost and you need to claim for compensation by Royal Mail.

- Take your item and delivery note with you to store.
- You can locate your nearest store by using the store finder at www.runningbare.co.uk.
