What are your delivery charges and how long does delivery take?

How secure is the Running Bare web site?

Our site uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is encrypted.

Credit card payments are processed in real time by SagePay, an industry approved transaction handler, and we do not retain your card details on our system.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card. You can pay using any of the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta or Visa Electron.You can also pay using your Paypal account.

If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive product you can include a cheque payment for the difference. Please note that we will dispatch the order once the cheque has cleared. This can take up to 10 working days from the returns department receiving the exchange.


What happens if something is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your basket.

On some products, you can choose to be notified by email when the product is back in stock. A link is provided next to every out of stock product that enables you to register your email address for an automatic notification.

In the rare event that you have ordered a product that we are unable to send you - typically due to a stock control error or a damaged or otherwise unsaleable item being found in our warehouse at the time of packing an order - we will cancel the item from your order and let you know by email.

Sometimes the website sells things faster than it can update. When it is particularly busy the item can sell out before it is removed from the website. If this has happened you will be contacted by customer services to arrange either an exchange or a refund.


Can I Pre-Order Items?

Pre-order means that you can reserve an item we currently do not have in stock but are expecting delivery of. If you place a pre-order, your card will not be charged until the items come into stock and it is being processed for delivery. You will receive in your order confirmation details stating that your order is a pre-order and will receive updates as to the date the items are to come into stock. Sometimes a delivery may be delayed and we will inform you of the new expected date or any amendments to your order.


How to the clothes and shoes fit?

We adhere to standard UK sizes. However, please view our Sizing and Fit Guide for more information. Alternatively you can contact our store, either by email putney@runningbare.co.uk or calling 0208 788 8875 for further advice.


Where will you ship to?

We can deliver almost any order internationally. The only exception is FitFlop products where we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland or outside the UK. Please see the Delivery Info page for further details about delivery areas and charges.


What if I need to return something?

Our "No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

Can you send me a product catalogue?

We do not produce a printed catalogue. All the products we offer can only be viewed online.


Do you sell wholesale?

Running Bare is a retailer only. We don't offer any of our products on a wholesale basis.
