Purchasing goods online
Making a purchase is really simple just find the item you want to purchase and then add the items you wish to buy to your shopping bag. By submitting your order and agreeing to our terms and conditions you are offering to buy goods and allowing RBUK to use your details for the purpose of supplying those goods. RBUK may pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery.
All online orders are confirmed by email.We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.
Stock Availability
At RBUK we do try our best to keep the website as up to date as possible ensuring that items on the website are in stock. We know that with really popular items certain goods have sold out extremely quickly and we know that this is a really inconvenience. However when this happens we do try our best to offer alternatives or to inform you when the items will be back in stock. We are continually upgrading the Site to ensure that we minimise these issues. We do however aim to dispatch the goods as soon as practicably possible and in most instances (if the item is in stock) this is within 24 hours. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Complaints Process
At Running Bare we are proud to offer a fast and efficient online shopping service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us. All complaints will come through to our Head Office in London, where they will be addressed and dealt with. The phone number is answered between 9.30 and 5pm weekdays.

Terms & Conditions of Business
1: Sale and Purchase
We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
2: Price
2.1 All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
2.2 All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges our found in our “Payment & Delivery" section.
2.3 Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.
3: Payment
Payment must be made in pounds Sterling only by major credit or debit cards as listed: Visa, Delta, Master Card, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We do not accept American Express. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. Please note that your card is debited at the point of order. 4: Passing of Property
We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us.
5: Delivery
Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any other third party. For further information please click on the link below.

6: Acceptance
You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with paragraph 7 below that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance with paragraph 8 below that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
7: Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 14 days from the day of dispatch of the products, providing the product are returned unworn, unmarked and in a resellable condition (i.e in original form). You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If the goods have already been dispatched you will not be able to gain a refund on the delivery charge and you will bear the cost of returning these goods.
8: Faulty Items
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days from the day of dispatch, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete unworn, unmarked and in a resellable condition (i.e in original form). The cost of returning the goods to RBUK will be refunded to you.
This faulty items returns policy does not affect your statutory rights (including without limitation your right to reject faulty items and receive a full refund if you raise the matter within a reasonable time).
9: General
9.1 If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
9.2 These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon you.
9.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
11: Governing Law
Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
